How will we remove pattern lock from Genx tabs

Pattern lock removal in genx tabs are done by hard resetting that device.

1. At first power off tablet with a good amount of battery
2. Then press VOLUME UP + POWER BUTTON at the same time for some time(at least 10seconds)
3. Screen will shows up
4. Now the touch screen will not work and we have to give our instructions via volume up and down keys
5. Select RECOVERY MODE via VOLUME UP KEY
6. press VOLUME DOWN for OK
7. Now you can see the android logo on the screen
8. Now select WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET from options by use of volume keys
9. Press POWER BUTTON to select
10. Select YES from next page
11. Your HARD RESET IS DONE
